Not a guest of the hotel? You can still enjoy all the amenities that our Fitness Center has to offer.

All amenities are complimentary with any spa service 50 minutes or longer. If you choose to render a spa service, your fee may be applied towards the cost of service.

Reservations
For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend that you schedule your spa sessions in advance. All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Call 313.465.1656 and our knowledgeable spa coordinators will be happy to recommend and schedule a spa experience specifically for you. Please indicate at time of booking if you have a preference for a male or female therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellations
Because we reserve the Journey specifically for you, we ask that you give 24 hours advance notice, should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than four hours before scheduled time will be billed at 50% treatment rate. No shows will be billed at full treatment rate.

Spa Etiquette
We suggest you arrive at your Journey at least 45 minutes before your scheduled appointment, providing you with sufficient time to change, shower and steam. A robe, slippers and locker will be provided upon arrival. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during treatments. However, all of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy at all times.

Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all IMMERSE spa treatment prices upon check-out. Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify a spa coordinator upon check-out. Envelopes are provided at the front desk should you wish to leave a cash gratuity.
