$35 FOR THREE-COURSE DINNER AT WOLFGANG PUCK GRILLE

1/29/2009
DETROIT – January 29, 2009 - Wolfgang Puck Grille is offering two new menus for cost-conscious consumers. Enjoy a three-course tasting of Wolfgang Puck's renowned dishes for $35 per person Sunday through Thursday or stop in any time to try the new Tavern Menu.

"Everyone has been affected by our nation's struggling economy," said Marc Djozlija, Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck Grille, "which prompted us to create these special menus for those looking for a great meal at a reasonable price.

"And even though we have reduced our prices, there will be no reduction in the level of service our customers will receive," continued Djozlija, a Detroit native. "When a guest orders from either menu, they will receive the same quality food and outstanding service people have come to expect from Wolfgang Puck Grille."

Wolfgang's Winter Warm-Up offers restaurant guests the option to choose one of three dishes for the first course and one of three dishes for the second course. The third course is a torte. Each of the first two courses may be complimented by a glass of wine as recommended by the executive chef for an additional $20 per person. The menu options are:

1st Course (choice of one)

CAULIFLOWER SOUP with spiced Almonds and Garam Masala
PUMPKIN RAVIOLI with Crisp Sage and Parmigiano Reggiano
CHOPPED VEGETABLE SALAD with Toasted Pine Nuts and Feta Cheese
Wine Accompaniment (choice of one): GRUNER VELTLINER, Freie Weingartner, ‘Terrassen' Federspiel, Austria, 2006 or CHARDONNAY, Hess Select, California, 2006

ALMOND CRUSTED SALMON with Celery Root Puree and Red Wine Reduction
GRILLED RIB EYE STEAK with Tuscan Potatoes and Whole Grain Mustard Sauce

In addition to Wolfgang's Winter Warm-Up menu is a brand new Tavern Menu also available daily and offers 15 different items for less than $20.

Executive Chef Djozlija called the Tavern Menu "a fantastic representation of the casual elegance" of Wolfgang Puck Grille, which was designed as a contemporary version of the classic "bar and grill" found in communities across Michigan and the Midwestern United States.

"The Tavern menu is a great option for those looking to grab a quick bite to eat in a warm inviting atmosphere," he said.
