MGM GRAND DETROIT ADDS SEVEN NEW VARIATIONS OF PENNY SLOTS TO GAMING FLOOR
MGM Grand Detroit has announced the placement of seven variations of penny slot machines to its casino floor. Troy Hammie, MGM Grand Detroit’s Vice President of Slot Operations, made the announcement.
New to MGM Grand Detroit are two Wizard of Oz ™ games from WMS Gaming Inc., Wizard of Oz – Emerald City™ and Wizard of Oz – Haunted Forest ™. The remaining games are from Ainsworth Game Technology (AGT): two Mustang Money, two Double Dragons, as well as one each of Winning Wolf, Glitter Gems and Peking Panda.
“Adding these new machines is part of our goal to keep MGM Grand Detroit’s gaming floor world class. Over the past year, we have swapped more than 250 slots for the hottest games in the industry,” said Hammie. “We are very excited to be able to offer our guests games which not only feature the latest in gaming technology, but also the option to ‘travel’ from the Land of Oz to the mountains and even The Orient.”
The Wizard of Oz™ slot machines can be experienced on state-of-the-art, dual vertical 32-inch super-high definition screens. Creating a visual playground, the games include wheel-based bonus selections and Glinda the Good Witch ™ and Winged Monkey features.
Double Dragon offers an up to 25 free games feature with frequent retriggers, while Peking Panda has a choice game feature with five free game options with a multiplier and choice of up to five symbols being replaced by ‘Panda.’ Both feature stacked bonus symbols during free games.
Winning Wolf, a three-high, five-reel game with Play 50Lines and 100Lines configurations, includes the ‘$’ Mystery two-level Play two lines for one credit option. Free games are triggered by any three or more scattered ‘Mountains’ during the free games feature where ‘Wolf’ appears.
Glitter Gems offers a free game bonus with retriggers, mixed pays, and stacked bonus symbols.
Mustang Money includes a three-high, five reel game with Play 40Lines ™, Play 50Lines™ and Play 100Lines™ configurations all on one slot machine.
