MGM GRAND DETROIT ANNOUNCES MENU UPDATES AT BREEZE DINING COURT

MGM Grand Detroit’s Breeze Dining Court, which serves one million diners a year, announced today the unveiling of updated menus at its Red Sauce, Relish and Crunch fast dining outlets.
At Red Sauce, which opened in 2011 and features Mexican fare, additions include chicken and beef taco salads, a six pack of tacos-to-go, and a choice of house or spicy nachos.
New menu items at Relish, Breeze’s salute to the classic American cookout, are the steak sandwich, polish sausage, and breaded chicken sandwich.
At Crunch, which is open 24-hours-a-day and features gourmet, fried dishes, guests can enjoy the new spicy chicken or catfish sandwich, and boneless chicken wings. In addition breakfast, which features scrambled eggs, grits, cherry smoked bacon, turkey sausage, waffles, and biscuits and gravy, is served daily from 5 through 10 a.m..
“All of the dishes featured in Breeze are homemade and developed in-house from our own recipes,” said Douglas Zifilippo, Manager of Breeze Dining Court. “These new additions are ones that our team has put a lot of work into and we are excited to share them with our diners.”
Red Sauce and Asian-cuisine favorite Bamboo are open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. and Relish and Sweet, a deli and dessert bar, are open from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. daily.
