HOT NEW SLOT MACHINES FEATURING BELOVED CHARACTERS ROLL INTO MGM GRAND DETROIT

MGM Grand Detroit announced today it has added “Betty Boop’s Love Meter” and “Wizard of Oz – Journey to Oz” slot machines to its gaming floor. Both machines offer an iconic cast of characters, realistic sounds and an interactive experience.

“The addition of two of the hottest games to our large family of popular machines, including ‘Ghostbusters,’ ‘Godzilla’ and ‘Sex In the City,’ goes to show we are always on the lookout for what’s next.”
“Betty Boop’s Love Meter” by Bally Technologies features "How Hot Are You?" – an interactive panel that allows players to read their "love temperature" by placing their hands on it. Just like an old-time love meter, the lights move from "Loveable" all the way up to "Irresistible." When the meter stops, the panel flips to reveal a bonus. The machine even features Bimbo, Betty Boop’s dog.
“Journey to Oz” by WMS features the company’s sensory immersion technology and will make users feel as though they are traveling down the yellow brick road to see the Wizard with Dorothy, Toto, Tin Man, Scarecrow and Cowardly Lion. Along the way, Glenda the Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West make appearances.
