How to enter:
Beginning Sunday, November 8, 2009 through Wednesday, November 25, 2009, guests can receive a $50 Honeybaked gift certificate in one of the following ways:
- Players Club Members who earn at least 2,500 points (points are earned by playing slot machines with their Players Club Card inserted). Players will start earning points beginning at 12:00 a.m. Sunday, November 8, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Gift certificates may be picked up from Players Club at anytime during the promotion and must be picked up by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Limit one per account while supplies last.
- Players Club Members and non-members may receive a gift certificate while playing at a randomly pre–selected slot bank or table game between 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday, during the promotion period. Guests seated at the selected slot bank with a coin in play or table game with a bet in action will each receive one $50 Honeybaked Gift Certificate.
Guests will be able to redeem these certificates at any Honeybaked Store.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non transferable. Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by MGM Grand Detroit Casino, without compensation, in any advertising or publicity.
All winners must show valid ID to receive the promotion gift. If a winner does not have valid ID, their information will be taken and all gifts will be held at the Players Club until valid ID has been supplied.
Entrants agree to be bound by the promotions rules and the decisions of MGM Grand Detroit management, which shall be final. The management of MGM Grand Detroit reserves the right to alter or cancel this sweepstakes and promotion at any time without notice.
If the promotion is interfered with, or it is impracticable to conduct, or continue to conduct the promotion, in whole or in part, as a result of power failure, explosion, fire, acts of God, civil commotion and/or labor unrest such at strikes, slow-downs, lock-out, picketing, or boycotts, then MGM Grand Detroit shall by released from any and all responsibility and/or liability arising from such interference or impracticability. MGM Grand Detroit shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to cancel, extend, or reschedule the contest without liability.
Promotion open to MGM Grand Detroit Players Club Members and non-members who are legal residents of the United States (except FL, NY & RI) or Ontario, Canada who are at least 21 years of age. Employees of the Michigan Gaming Control Board, the Gaming Section of the Michigan State Police, the Michigan Attorney General’s Casino Central Division, MGM Grand Detroit, Inc., MGM Grand Detroit, LLC, MGM MIRAGE, Tracinda Corporation, MGM Grand II, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies involved in this sweepstakes, members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law and in FL, NY & RI and state of Michigan disassociated persons. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
Entrants, heirs, administrators and successors, do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless MGM Grand Detroit, Inc., MGM Grand Detroit, LLC, Tracinda Corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and judging agencies, agents, officers, Players, owners and employees (hereinafter called the “Sponsors”) from any and all harm, liability, claims, damage, cause of action, loss of enjoyment or cost or expense of any nature whatsoever, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred, directly or indirectly from participating in the promotion, accepting and/or using the Prize.
Entrants will be held solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State, provincial and/or local taxes. A 1099 tax form will be issued by MGM Grand Detroit, LLC on or before 01/31/10.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this promotion should be sent in writing within 60 days of dispute. Disputes should be sent to: Marketing Department, MGM Grand Detroit, 1777 Third St., Detroit, MI 48226.
Promotions are subject to all laws of the United States of America. All times stated are local Detroit, Michigan times. Any and all income taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
